Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 can peaches or apples
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend together flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, butter, and baking powder, then press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Drain the juice from the canned peaches or apples.
  5. Spread the sliced or canned fruit evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the fruit.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
