Ingredients

  • 1 cup Watermelon, Seedless, Diced
  • 1 whole Ripe Peach, Pitted, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. Note: This is best refrigerated an hour before serving.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, gently stir again.
  5. We love this with grilled chicken.
