"Peachy" Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. peach juice from can
  • 1 (20 or 29 oz.) can sliced peaches

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Then add flour, oil, vanilla, sugar, baking powder, and peach juice.
  3. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Grease and flour a 10-inch tubular pan or spray with Pam.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan and line with half of the drained sliced peaches.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the peaches.
  8. Line with the remaining sliced peaches and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until a tester comes out of the cake dry.
