Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar ⓘ
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups cold water ⓘ
- 1 - 3 oz. package peach gelatin ⓘ
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen sliced peaches ⓘ
- 1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese softened ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon milk ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping ⓘ
- 1 - 9 oz. graham cracker crust ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in water until smooth.
- Bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add sliced peaches and refrigerate approximately 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the whipped topping mixture over the peach filling.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
