Ingredients

  • 1 box Club crackers
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, brown sugar, crushed graham crackers, milk, and margarine in a saucepan. Stir until dissolved and boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the Club crackers, then pour the hot mixture over the crackers, then add another layer of crackers.
  3. Melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
  4. Spread the melted mixture over the layered crackers and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
