- Combine the sugar, brown sugar, crushed graham crackers, milk, and margarine in a saucepan. Stir until dissolved and boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the Club crackers, then pour the hot mixture over the crackers, then add another layer of crackers.
- Melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
- Spread the melted mixture over the layered crackers and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
