Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 cups light cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton peach low-fat yogurt
  • 6 cups angel food cake, 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • 2 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi

Instructions

  1. Combine the pudding mix and milk in a bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until blended and thick.
  3. Add the cream cheese and yogurt, then beat well.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Line the bottom of a 2-quart straight-sided glass bowl or trifle with 2 cups of cake cubes.
  6. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of pudding over the cake.
  7. Arrange 2/3 cup of sliced peaches, 2/3 cup of sliced bananas, and 1/2 cup of sliced kiwi over the pudding.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with kiwi on top.
  9. Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving.
