Peanut Breaks are crunchy, sweet treats packed with salted peanuts and rich caramel flavor, perfect for snacking or sharing at parties and gatherings.

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper.
- Beat margarine or butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Mix in all-purpose flour, dark corn syrup, and egg until well combined.
- Stir in salted peanuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake until light brown, about 25 minutes.
- Loosen the layer from the sides of the pan while still warm.
- Invert onto a wire rack.
- Carefully remove the waxed paper.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Break into pieces and serve.
