Instructions
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cream Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed until well blended.
- Beat in egg.
- Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
- Mix into creamed mixture.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten in criss-cross pattern with fork dipped in flour.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done.
- Remove to cooling rack.
