Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Stir milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla together.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add oatmeal and peanut butter, stirring until thick.
  5. Transfer to a pan and refrigerate until set.
