Creamy, crunchy peanut caramels coated in smooth chocolate make a delightful treat perfect for sharing or gifting, combining rich flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag caramels
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 bar paraffin
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the caramels in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Add the condensed milk to the melted caramels and stir well. Microwave again just enough to mix everything together.
  3. Stir in the peanuts.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the caramel mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator to harden.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin together.
  7. Dip the hardened candies into the melted chocolate mixture to coat.
