Peanut Pineapple Log

A creamy, nutty appetizer with pineapple and green pepper, shaped into a log or ball, perfect for parties and chilled serving. Rich in flavor and texture.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups chopped dry roast peanuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp shredded onion
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Save back 1 cup of peanuts and combine all the other ingredients; refrigerate until firm.
  2. Remove and shape into a log or ball, then roll in the reserved peanuts.
  3. Wrap loosely in foil and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve chilled; garnish with parsley and maraschino cherries.
