Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Boil the brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add honey roasted peanuts and vanilla to the mixture.
  4. Stir in cereal and raisins until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  7. Cut into 36 squares.
  8. Store covered in the refrigerator.
