Pecan Breakfast Rolls

Sweet, nutty breakfast rolls featuring frozen bread dough, butterscotch pudding, and chopped pecans, perfect for a cozy weekend brunch or special breakfast gathering.

Ingredients

  • 18-20 frozen bread rolls
  • 1 package small dry butterscotch pudding
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Grease a bundt pan and sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the bottom.
  2. Place 18-20 frozen bread rolls loosely around the pan on top of the pecans.
  3. Pour the entire package of butterscotch pudding over the frozen dough and nuts.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate and serving warm.
