Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 stick oleo (melted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, pecans, sugar, and melted oleo and press into a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
