Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line 10 muffin cups with muffin papers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
