Pecan Potatoes
Sweet and nutty baked sweet potatoes topped with pecans and brown sugar, perfect as a comforting side dish for holiday dinners or family gatherings.

Instructions
- In a saucepan, put whole sweet potatoes and water to cover and cook until done.
- Remove potatoes and, when cool enough, peel them and mash well, creaming in nutmeg.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes into a baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt the oleo; add brown sugar and chopped pecans and cook until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
