Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried peaches
  • 1 cup dried apples
  • 1 cup dried prunes
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Run the dried peaches, dried apples, dried prunes, coconut, and chopped nuts through a food grinder twice.
  2. Add the margarine, honey, and peanut butter to the mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into several rolls about candy bar size.
  4. Roll the rolls in powdered sugar.
  5. Wrap and freeze the prepared pemmican.
