Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 6 Italian or French rolls

Instructions

  1. Mix lean ground beef with grated onion, prepared mustard, milk, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the seasoned beef mixture thinly on the cut halves of the rolls, overlapping slightly to allow for shrinkage.
  3. Broil until the top is nicely browned.
