Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in oil until translucent.
  2. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice to the onion.
  3. Add 2 peppers, cut in pieces.
  4. Cook until soft, about 45 minutes to an hour.
