Peppered Cheddar Dip

A creamy, tangy dip with sharp cheddar, onion, and green pepper flavors, perfect for vegetable sticks and ideal for casual gatherings or snack time.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream and Cheddar cheese until well blended.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, salt, Tabasco sauce and milk; mix well.
  3. If necessary, add another tablespoon of milk to reach a good dipping consistency.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
