Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 cans hominy, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and heated through.
