Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream

Instructions

  1. Finely grind vanilla wafers in a blender.
  2. Thoroughly blend butter and sugar by hand.
  3. Press the wafer mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 3 minutes or less to set the crust. Cool before filling.
