Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni shells or other pasta
  • 1 quart spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 stick sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until tender but firm, then drain.
  2. Heat spaghetti sauce and mix it with the cooked macaroni.
  3. Add mushrooms and half of the sliced pepperoni to the sauce and pasta mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and three-quarters of the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Mix everything together and transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and bubbly.
