Pepperoni Potato Bake

A hearty baked dish combining tender potatoes, spicy pepperoni, melted mozzarella, and savory tomato sauce, perfect for comfort food lovers and casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 6 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. pepperoni
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes and arrange them in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and scatter over the potatoes along with the sliced onion.
  4. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven until the potatoes are tender, about 30-40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheese, half of the tomato sauce, pepperoni slices, and the remaining tomato sauce.
  6. Bake until the cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes.
