Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rigatoni noodles
  • 1 c. Hormel pepperoni
  • 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Layer half the cooked rigatoni, cubed pepperoni, shredded Parmesan, diced onion, green pepper (if using), chopped basil, and minced garlic in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the spaghetti sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over the layers.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned.
