  6. Add the Cheddar cheese, paprika, and cayenne (if using); blend well.
  7. Stir in the chopped peppers and parsley.
  8. Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture.
  9. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  10. Cut into thin slices and serve.
