Pete'S Blueberry Muffins
Sweet, moist blueberry muffins with a tender crumb and bursts of fresh blueberries, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick snack for blueberry lovers.

- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin pan or line with foil baking cups.
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat butter until creamy.
- Beat in sugar until fluffy and pale.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in mashed blueberries.
- Fold in half of the flour, then half of the milk.
- Add remaining flour and milk, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in remaining blueberries.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
