Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix together oleo, cream cheese, flour, egg, vanilla, cooking oil, and brown sugar until well combined.
  2. Place a scant teaspoonful of the mixture into each pastry shell.
  3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
