Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2 to 3 pheasant breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 can (12 oz.) corn Niblets
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (10 to 11 oz.) cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large covered frypan or electric pan.
  2. Add cooked and diced potatoes and brown them.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally during simmering.
