Pheasant Hash

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine ⓘ
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced ⓘ
- 2 to 3 pheasant breasts, cooked and diced ⓘ
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 can (12 oz.) corn Niblets
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon ⓘ
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 1/2 cup milk ⓘ
- 1 can (10 to 11 oz.) cream of chicken soup ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt margarine in a large covered frypan or electric pan.
- Add cooked and diced potatoes and brown them.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally during simmering.
