Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt margarine and add flour and chopped nuts.
  2. Mix well and spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip together until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare pudding according to package instructions and spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with additional nuts if desired.
  8. Chill until ready to serve.
