- Mix flour and crushed pecans; add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Press the mixture into a pie plate and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Combine 1 cup of blueberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute while full boiling.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water to make a slurry.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling blueberries and cook until thickened.
- Add 3 cups of remaining blueberries and mix well.
- Pour the blueberry filling into the pre-baked crust and chill before serving.
