Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz.) cans Vienna sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 13 Nabisco Premium saltine crackers
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • catsup

Instructions

  1. Dip each sausage in the beaten egg.
  2. Combine crushed saltine crackers with chili powder.
  3. Roll sausages in the saltine mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Insert a toothpick into one end of each sausage.
  5. Place the coated sausages on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes until hot and golden.
  7. Serve with catsup as a dip.
