Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 12 boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend mustard with a little vinegar; add remaining vinegar.
  2. Add the next six ingredients and put on heat to simmer for ten minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Cool the mixture and pour over sliced onions and boiled eggs in a gallon jar.
