Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 large can pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the bacon in a skillet, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Add the ground beef to the bacon and cook until browned.
  3. Combine the cooked bacon and beef with chopped onion, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, and drained beans in a baking dish.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Keep covered for the last 30 minutes of baking time.
