Ingredients

  • 25 to 30 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 5 large fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the juice of all 4 lemons on the mixture.
  3. Add water and mix well.
  4. If you want it hotter, add 5 to 6 Serrano peppers, chopped real fine. Then drink plenty of water or eat ice cream to cool off.
  5. Enjoy!
