Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in warm milk; be sure not to scald.
  2. Mix eggs into flour.
  3. Add sour cream and salt.
  4. Keep adding the milk and butter mixture until the dough forms into a ball away from the bowl.
  5. Roll out on a floured surface and cut into circles.
  6. Fill with your favorite filling.
  7. Pinch the edges with a fork.
  8. Boil until they rise to the surface of the water.
  9. Drain.
