Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen green peas
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. cashew nuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen peas into a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped celery, cashew nuts, chopped green onions, and bacon bits.
  3. Mix sour cream and Miracle Whip together.
  4. Toss the mixture with the salad ingredients until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving for best flavor.
