Ingredients

  • 1 well cleaned pig stomach
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • smoked sausage
  • fresh pork

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped onion, diced potatoes, minced parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Cut smoked sausage and fresh pork into pieces.
  3. Stuff the cleaned pig stomach with the mixture and close by needle and thread.
  4. Place the stuffed stomach in a roasting pan and add water in the bottom.
  5. Bake at 350°F for several hours until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and add browned butter.
  7. Serve with broth.
