Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir sugar and flour into the pineapple juice until well combined.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks to the mixture.
  4. Pour the pineapple mixture into a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Melt the margarine and pour it over crushed Ritz crackers.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
