Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip or 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Make the yellow cake according to package directions and bake in a spring-form pan. Allow to cool.
  2. Mix the instant vanilla pudding, milk, and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
  4. Drain the crushed pineapple and spread it on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Spread whipped topping over the pineapple.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top before serving.
