Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a blender until well mixed.
  2. Slowly add sugar while blending.
  3. Add oleo (margarine or butter) and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple and coconut.
  5. Pour the mixture into prepared pie shells.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour until set and golden.
