Ingredients

  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Bake cake mix as directed in three pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine pudding mix, cold milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Once the cake layers are completely cool, spread one-third of the crushed pineapple on each layer.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture on top of the pineapple on each layer.
  5. Stack the layers and cover with whipped topping.
  6. Optionally, add a small amount of the pudding mixture to the whipped topping for added flavor.
