Ingredients

  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tube Town House crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the canned pineapple chunks and mix them with sugar and flour in a bowl.
  3. Layer the pineapple mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the pineapple layer.
  5. Crush the Town House crackers and mix with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
