Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 bananas
  • miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from the pineapple chunks into a pan.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, and beaten eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add the mixture to the pineapple juice and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and blend in butter.
  5. Allow the dressing to cool.
