Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the crushed pineapple, eggs, sugar, and flour together with a fork until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and brown them in butter.
  4. Place the browned bread cubes on top of the pineapple mixture.
