Pineapple Graham Cracker Pie

- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then stir in melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake at 375°F for about 8 minutes.
- Heat the pineapple and add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
- Add 2 tablespoons of strawberry jello powder to the pineapple mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool until it begins to stiffen.
- In the meantime, whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once the pineapple mixture has cooled and thickened, fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate until set before serving.
