Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk, whipped
  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • Graham crackers
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
  2. Add marshmallows to the hot jello and stir until melted.
  3. Mix the jello and marshmallow mixture into the whipped evaporated milk.
  4. Add sugar and crushed pineapple to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Line a pan with graham crackers and butter mixture.
  6. Pour the jello mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate until set before serving.
