Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  2. Stir in eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and chopped pecans until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
