Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the directions on the box and bake in a sheet pan.
  2. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the crushed pineapple (juice and all) evenly over the hot cake.
  3. Mix the vanilla instant pudding mix with cold milk and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the pineapple layer.
  5. Top the cake with Cool Whip and garnish with coconut before serving.
