Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can Milnot
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat the strawberry Jell-O, crushed pineapple, and water until the marshmallows are melted.
  2. Chill the mixture well.
  3. Whip the cream cheese with 1/4 cup of well-chilled Milnot until smooth.
  4. Whip the remaining Milnot until peaked.
  5. Fold the cooled pineapple and Jell-O mixture into the whipped Milnot.
  6. Add the whipped cream cheese mixture and fold in gently.
  7. Stir in chopped nuts and shredded coconut before serving.
